I have worked with Ray Kline as my contractor on and off since 2012.  I initially asked if he thought he could create a full kitchen out of a basement mudroom for what was to be a furnished studio apartment.  Ray’s experience and creativity as such that not only did he create a kitchen out of an  extremely limited space, he offered a vision that transformed a once dreary and unwelcoming basement into a bright and modern living space.  Since then Ray has helped me with other challenging projects in my 115-year old house:  he replaced a hole in the hardwood floors, matching an intricate design no longer made today; he created an attic space where none existed; he turned a screened-in porch into an insulated den and added a deck and  patio to the back of the house. Ray’s talent for design puts him above most in the trade;  he looks to cut the cost of construction whenever possible and his friendly, upbeat demeanor makes him a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend Ray and his team of professionals for any construction or design purposes.
